What does customer want?
Business goes to institutions which are receptive to customer’s needs. Customers don”t desert as long as business houses treat them with respect and offer fair deal. They don’t wish to be looked down in the eyes of their friends or relatives as one who got cheated. A wise owner always assumes that all his customers are going to desert at any time and accordingly he walks an extra mile to make each of his customer happy and satisfied.Every customer appreciates a fair deal on the long run.
